Yoga Teacher Training Programs: NYC/Tri-State

Amrit Yoga Nidra Immersion & Teacher Training

More now than ever, we may feel our bodies, minds, and spirits calling out to us. Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is an ancient form of meditation in which you will journey to the deepest levels of relaxation, and still remain fully awake. In this deeply relaxed state, an integration of spirit and mind allows you to tap into both your subconscious and higher frequencies of consciousness which are often inaccessible due to many things, including stress, anxiety, and depression. In a state of Yoga Nidra, you are able to move past these disturbances of the mind and actualize a higher state of consciousness in which you are at complete peace. In this training you will learn about the science behind this ancient technique, practice it regularly creating huge shifts in your life and learn how to facilitate others into this deep restful state of meditation.
