Jupiter, God of Abundance, Travels Through Leo
Opening Your Heart to Expansive Opportunities

Something wonderful is happening for a full year beginning July 16, 2014. Abundant opportunities are available to you, if you just know how to access them.
The optimistic god of luck and good fortune, Jupiter, journeys through heart-centered Leo until August 2015. This expansive energy supports your creativity and leadership skills. Although this sounds fortunate; and it is, there is a price to pay to receive the blessings now available to you.
Jupiter is a risk-taker. He is directly tied to your belief system. One price is that you must be willing to expand your belief system. You must step out of your comfort zone.
Take a moment to think back to life changes since the previous time Jupiter was in Leo, August 2002-August 2003. What shifted in your life then and during in the last twelve years that opened your philosophy to a new level?
We live in an abundant and unlimited universe, so you must be willing to step outside the limiting box of your beliefs. If you believe the bad economy, or being too old, or some other external factor of lack means you cannot manifest your dream, then you must stop and re-connect to your higher self. You are much more than what you see when you look in the mirror or at your bank account.
The second price you must pay is that a leap of faith is required. If you are only willing to take an action to create your dreams if there is a guarantee, you are forgetting a core principle of universal law. The universe is here to do your bidding, but you must first establish your intent.
Have you ever noticed that when it is time to go to the next level, things start to break all at the same time around your home or office? Or when there is a new project, there is that initial sluggish time period where you must invest time and/or money to get it moving? That is not a punishment. It is the universe asking you if you are really serious about your intent.
Jupiter will help you beyond your wildest imagination if you are willing to take a leap of faith upon yourself. In essence, you just need to have that proverbial mustard seed of openness, and then get out of your own way and let Jupiter bring your good to you.
However, another price to pay is that you must suspend your expectation about precisely how you think the good should come to you. When you drop your expectations, the universe brings things in a better way than you could have ever imagined!
Combining Jupiter with the sign Leo brings a double whammy of blessings. Have you ever noticed an energetically healthy Sun in Leo person? Once you are in their heart, there is nothing that they will not do for you. Honor, integrity, respect and loyalty are required, and then generosity comes like warmth from the sun. You can screw up royally, and Leo will still help you.
But here’s the price of Leo: Your heart must be engaged in what you are doing. If you are working a job or suffering through a relationship for the illusion of security, then the year ahead is going to be a tough one. And it should be! Jupiter in Leo is pushing you to open to something greater; a life lived from your heart center.
Imagine what it is like to do work you love, be surrounded by loving people, and feel a genuine sense of purpose. This is not some new age woo-woo. The reality of the year of Jupiter in Leo is that you receive abundant help in expanding your reality based upon what your heart is willing to give and receive.
If your natal Sun Sign, Rising Sign, or natal sign of Jupiter was in one of the fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius), you get help in bringing your passionate ideals into reality. If you are an air element Gemini, Libra or Aquarius, this is the year to market your brilliant idea to the masses.
Water element people (Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces) will find this energy less comfortable. However, healing old emotional wounds and demonstrating your creativity to the world brings excellent results. Finally, earth element Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn can bring their ideas into physical form to manifest their needs and desires.
