Amma's Arms are Open to Everyone
Most people come to experience her embrace, her unique way of spreading comfort to the world. Amma, meaning Mother, has given this motherly embrace, known as her darshan, to more than 36 million people throughout the world. She has been known to give darshan for more than 22 hours without interruption. On July 1st and 2nd, 2017, Amma will be returning to the New England area and you are invited to experience this unconditional love in the form of Amma’s embrace.

The most personally accessible spiritual leader alive today, Mata Amritanandamayi may well be on a first-name basis with more people than anyone else in the world. When people pour out their hearts to Amma, she offers them emotional solace, spiritual guidance, and concrete solutions to their problems.
After meeting Amma, actor Jim Carrey tweeted: “I was feeling down about life ‘n’ love. Then I met a woman named Ammachi and she gave me back my smile. Darkness can not compete with her.”
Receiving Amma's embrace, many feel inspired to offer selfless service to those in need. Amma’s humanitarian projects network, Embracing the World, active in 30 countries, has developed a reputation for outstanding disaster-relief work and humanitarian activities.
Inspired by Amma’s example, volunteers throughout the New England area regularly cook and serve meals for homeless shelters and have food and sock drives for area pantries and shelters. Once a month, volunteers provide healing touch and manicures and pedicures at a nursing home to very appreciative seniors. Additionally, Amma’s New England Center located in Boylston, MA holds regular prayer ceremonies (pujas) and spiritual fellowship gatherings (satsang) that are open to all.
When asked where she gets the energy to embrace so many people while simultaneously building and running a world-wide humanitarian movement, Amma says simply, “Where there is Love, everything is effortless”.

Amma will be in New England on July 1st and 2nd, 2017 at the Radisson Hotel Manchester, 700 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03101. All are invited to receive a personal blessing. Programs include inspirational music, meditation, spiritual discourse, and Amma’s embrace.

Please plan to arrive at least 90 minutes before the program to receive a free token if you would like to have Amma’s embrace. Tokens are limited by time constraints.
