Discover a playful
innovative approach to moving yoga off the mat! Learn to teach
age-appropriate classes that include yoga postures, movement concepts,
games, creative dramatics, anatomy, art and storytelling. Explore creative
movement sequences to support brain development and learning. Identify key
benefits of yoga and movement, such as improved concentration, coordination,
flexibility, balance, self-awareness and stress release. This training is

200-Hour Yoga Alliance
Registered School, certifying in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Interdisciplinary
Hatha Yoga. Excellent experienced faculty! Topics cover history, philosophy,
meditation, intensive study and practice of Asana, Sanskrit, anatomy,

Regardless of one’s
level of experience, this 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered program will
offer a depth of experience and training that can be utilized in just about
any teaching setting. Deeply steeped in the traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga
Yoga, specific emphasis will be placed on Ayurvedic and Western Nutrition,
Anatomy and Alignment of postures, Prescriptive Yoga Therapeutics, Vedic
Chanting, Yoga Philosophy, and Sanskrit, the language of Yoga. Our esteemed
