A Global World Order

This has been the aim of the Cabal also known as the Global Elite of our planet. Their purpose is to benefit NOT humanity but THEMSELVES and their unjust and unequal economic system. The Tibetan Master says that our future society will benefit ALL. In the future humanity will have free education, free health care, a new economic system and equal pay for all workers. Our concern and attention will be the spiritual development of ALL humanity. Freedom, Equality and Fraternity will become the keywords for our society. Brotherhood is the goal that will be achieved for our Aquarian Age. This is our Destiny!
Who or what is the Cabal aka Global Elite of our planet? David Wilcock in his book "The Ascension Mysteries"1 quotes Bruce, who said there are about three thousand of them living here. About four hundred to five hundred of the members of this group are visible in the public eye and the rest are largely unknown. None of these visible people include elected leaders or celebrities. Those who manage the group at its core, is the "Committee of 300". This group is also known as "the Olympians," indicating that they see themselves as gods. He also said they are run by a core council of thirty three. The real secret hardly anyone realizes is that three hundred thirty-three people control the Cabal.2 David Wilcock was invited to join, but he DECLINED. He knew that once you join, you cannot back out of the organization. They use assignations to gain their end.
Dane Rudhyar, Alexander Ruperti and others have written that we must establish a global consciousness with a new quality in relationships. We must develop tolerance and eliminate our negative beliefs of races, creeds and negative dogmas, so that we may express our divine nature. We are the children of the New Age.
Alexander Ruperti in his book, "Cycles of Becoming"3 on page 247, says that Pluto was discovered in 1930. Originally it was thought to be 3700 feet in diameter, less than half that of the Earth. More recently however, astronomical observations now suggest that it is considerably larger than the Earth. Pluto's small size has been an illusion. Pluto remains from approximately 12 to 32 years in a zodiacal Sign. Along with Neptune its transit isolates quite accurately the successive waves which are loosely called "generations" or "age-groups". Each generation can be roughly characterized by the passage of Pluto through one Sign of the zodiac, or the passage of Neptune through two successive Signs, one positive and one negative. Rudhyar has suggested counting modern generations from the Neptune-Pluto conjunction of 1891-1893. Thus, the "first" generation was born as Neptune transited through Gemini and Cancer, from 1890 to 1915. The next generation was born between 1915 and 1942, as Neptune transited Leo and Virgo. The third generation of this cycle was born between 1942 and 1970, as Neptune was in Libra and Scorpio. Currently we are in the fourth generation of this modern Neptune-Pluto cycle.
On pages 250 to 251 Ruperti says that Pluto was in Scorpio from 1984 to 1995. During this transit all values based on what Rudhyar has called "man's common humanity" will be emphasized. There will be an intense emotional yearning for deep union with others. Important mystical and spiritual experiences can be ahead for many people. Occult-oriented individuals or groups can come to the fore, and socialist or communist trends can become even stronger. Collective movements will gain power. During its transit of Scorpio, Pluto will cut the orbit of Neptune coming closer to the Earth than Neptune ever does. This will mean that there will be a new revolutionary force or impulse released into humanity at this time. Pluto will remain in Neptune's orbit for about twelve years during the whole of the transit through Scorpio, and it will be at its perihelion in 1988. While Pluto is in Libra and Scorpio, the call to men and nations will be to unite in brotherhood and love and in a mutual understanding and tolerance of individual differences. If this is not possible, then, once again, as has already happened in the two world wars of this century, individuals may be made to unite in death, through the fire of man-made or planetary cataclysms, nuclear war or telluric upheaval. Pluto will teach people to know and feel (Scorpio) that we are all individually concerned with everything that happens to human beings everywhere on the globe.4
To me, I see the Jupiter-Saturn conjunction in 2020 as indicating a tragic event for humanity as Mars is in Aries in the 10th house in a T SQUARE with the US ascendant and Pluto in the 7th house of open enemies. The conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn at 00+ Aquarius conjoins progressed Pluto (29+ Capricorn) in the US Sibley Chart. Therefore, it will activate everything that Pluto rules for the next 20 years. Pluto rules the DEATH of what is OLD and outworn to make way for what is NEW, such as a new economic and political system. Actually, war is no longer necessary. Countries can be ruined by the present economic system and sanctions. But if we have a war, and I believe that it will start in 2023, then the younger generations will demonstrate on the streets of the major cities, demanding peace based on goodwill, justice and freedom. Then the Cabal will allow the Head of the spiritual Hierarchy, the Christ, to speak to all the nations via TV.
In David Wilcock's book "The Ascension Mysteries" Jacob was well aware that our solar system was moving into highly charged energetic clouds. He said this would create a massive energetic flash from the Sun, which would propel us into the next level of human evolution.5 This information coincides with the Hindu and Zoroastrian Sages who said that a messianic figure will arrive with a variety of angelic beings that will defeat the negative forces on Earth.6
The esoteric teachings say that when the Christ comes, there will be an exteriorization of the Spiritual Hierarchy. The Masters and all of their disciples will once again live with us on Earth. It will be the start of the Golden Age. The consciousness of humanity will evolve more rapidly. Most religions are awaiting the reappearance of the Messiah. His personal name is known to the Buddhists as Maitreya, whom the Christians call the "Christ."8 He is known as the World Teacher to esoteric students. He is at the head of the Spiritual Hierarchy of our planet. He is the Krita Avatar. When this event occurs, the Lord Maitreya will bring with him all of the Masters of the Spiritual Hierarchy and great Devas who will teach us how to obtain food from the ethers.9 Great changes will occur including a new economic system. He can change his appearance, since he created his own body.
