Creative Kids Yoga Teacher Training

June 28 - July 2, 2013

Discover a playful, innovative approach to moving yoga off the mat! Learn to teach age-appropriate classes that artfully blend yoga with creative dance. Includes asanas, movement concepts, games, anatomy, and storytelling. Explore research on integrating brain development and bodwork for children. Identify key benefits of yoga and movement such as improved concentration, coordination, flexibility, balance, self-awareness, and stress release. Upon successful completion of this five-day training you will be certified as a Level I Creative Kids Yoga® Instructor. This training is experiential, non-competitive, and fun!
