This week is interrupted by yet another Eclipse, this one falling at 13 43 degrees of Aquarius, at 8:55 p.m. on August 5th, 2009.
The Tarot Card that reflects this week's eclipse is the Moon, as this is a full moon eclipse. Lunar eclipses are like a super powerful Full Moon, and as this event is already a Full Moon, we are all going to at very least, "notice" it. If it hits a personal point in your natal birth chart then it will manifest something powerfully fated in your life. While this eclipse is going on, the Earth, Sun, and Moon are lined up on the same plane, and while it is in effect, for a few hours, our Earth will block the light of the Sun from reaching the Moon. So, in effect, it will manifest on Earth as solar consciousness from the reflective power of lunar unconsciousness. And further more, this eclipse will free us from things in our lives that no longer belong with us, especially anything from the past. This eclipse will bring us a new story to think upon and tell, as we replace our old and passing story.
This is our third eclipse, which is highly unusual, as eclipses travel in pairs. It is a partial lunar eclipse and will be visible in the Eastern USA. This second Lunar Eclipse allows us to release the past so we can step into our future. We have to shed our Leo self-centeredness to join the Aquarius stage of humanity, and remembering that we are all one big family, and we are all just trying to make it.
When Aquarius and Leo are in harmony together, they create groups that focus upon individual creative genius, and honor good ideals and the good of people. This Eclipse brings The North Node of Destiny, Chiron, Neptune and Jupiter together to create a new future, healed from past tragedies, and clearly helping others in a team effort. What a beautiful week this is for all of mankind, so let us please turn to others, and at the very least spread good will, and peace.
