Just Don't Do It!

The famous Nike slogan is so engrained in our minds. But how about the opposite - "Just Don’t Do It".
Just don’t... watch two hours of television at night sabotaging precious time that could be used for exercise, reading a great book, personal growth, meditation, or extra sleep!
Just don’t... eating mindlessly — grabbing a cookie, eating on the run, picking up an extra handful of chips, having a second helping at dinner.
Just don’t... go to sleep so late - your body needs at least 6 hours of sleep each night. Get to bed earlier, and you’ll wake up more refreshed.
Just don’t... drink another soda — diet or regular. Ask yourself this, would you give this to your dog?
Just don’t... speak before you think. Think of the consequences of your words. Be more interested and less interesting.
Just don’t…get angry. It only raises your blood pressure. Anger does more in the pot in which it is stored, than onto the object it is poured!!
Just don’t... skip your workouts. Exercise is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.
Just don’t ... stoop over your computer all day and continue to have poor posture which can have devastating effects on your spine and nervous system.
It’s up to you. Just don’t do it!
