Love Yourself Enough
by Cassendre Xavier
Love yourself enough to make a good impression the first, and every time.
Love yourself enough to resist the temptation to complain.
Love yourself enough to finally start that project you’ve been talking about.
Love yourself enough to replace worry with equal parts gratitude and faith.
Love yourself enough to measure your self-worth only by how loved you are by your Self and others.
Love yourself enough to always take the high road.
Love yourself enough to stop putting off your dreams, no matter how scary, arduous, or expensive some of the necessary tasks are.
Love yourself enough to joyously and repeatedly fail, like a giggling toddler taking first steps.
Love yourself enough to imagine reviewing your life at its end, and having no regrets.
Love yourself enough to do whatever it takes to create a life you are fully satisfied with.
Love yourself enough to say “No” when you feel afraid to say “No.”
Love yourself enough to love yourself...a lot.
Love yourself enough to not be afraid to fail.
Love yourself enough to not be afraid to love.
Love yourself enough to not be afraid to be vulnerable.
Love yourself enough to take a chance.
Love yourself enough to take some necessary risks.
Love yourself enough to take care of yourself, in every way.
Love yourself enough to say “Thank you”, “I love you”, “I’m proud of you”, and “You’re beautiful”, often, especially to yourself.
Love yourself enough to share the best of yourself with others.
To try new things, foods, positions, religions, adventures, ways of thinking...
Love yourself enough to release all shame, guilt, and other negative ways of thinking.
Love yourself enough to forgive others.
Love yourself enough to forgive yourself.
Love yourself enough to get good at receiving all good things, from compliments. to more, to better, to joy!
