Holistic Reflexology works by facilitating deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Reflexology is the ancient holistic healing technique that involves strategic use of firm, yet gentle, pressure on specific points on the feet, hands, ears and face that correspond to organs, glands and systems within the body.
