Imagine that you had a time machine, and you traveled to Prehistoric times, and while there you tried explaining to the natives that thunder is NOT God being mad at them but it’s just the weather; and that "birds flying all together in a certain direction" was NOT an omen but simply migration due to the seasons changing. What if you could convey to them that there is a perfectly logical explanation for most things that they can’t yet understand?
My guess is that they’d probably look at you as if you were absolutely crazy, or even blasphemous for seeing things from a different perspective.
I have vivid memories of a life fundamentally different from this reality we are living. This influenced me in being able to see things from other points of view. And while I do know that speaking my truth would have some folks view me as weird, I still think that we are ready, as a people, to awaken our minds and take the next steps in human evolution.
How wonderful would it be if we could empower our future generations to live a more authentic and fulfilling life just by going within and learning to trust their instincts?
If these new comers are anything like me, I know they would have no trouble remembering who they are... All they need is our support and permission to live their truth.
The natural condition of man is to be perpetually connected with his essence. We have all experienced how challenging things can become when we find ourselves in dis-alignment with our spirit. We’ve all been there, doing what we think is right but not feeling so great about it...
Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. We are ready to close the gap between mind and Spirit!
But, like most things, it has to start in school, just as our children are required to learn about science, history or math, how about implementing a class designed to quiet the mind and to re-connect with the soul? A "Meditation Class".
For those who can remember who they are and where they came from (most new comers do), this practice would validate their thoughts and empower them to grow in acceptance and true understanding of themselves and others.
By nurturing an intimate connection with the soul, we innately live the higher principals of love, compassion and self worth. And as people learn to trust and express their true nature, our world will be filled with greater minds, creative leaders and more compassionate human-beings.
