Horoscopes for November 2007
by Elizabeth Joyce
Aries (3/21 – 4/20) Mercury goes direct on the 1st, your partner opens up to you, explaining the reason for silence. Discussions, hugs and handshakes make things alright again. Money matters rile you, but try to keep cool. Find a solution instead of acting unreasonable. Any money that is owed from the past finds its way to your door at the New Moon. Caution, don’t overspend. Be silent around the Thanksgiving Holiday. Anything you say could easily be misunderstood.
Taurus (4/21-5/21) Workplace issues that were stalled may come to the fore on the 1st, when Mercury goes direct. Communication with your romantic partner goes on a wild ride. Don’t say anything sarcastic or you could get an earful in return. Kiss and make up mid-month. Mars turns retrograde on the 15th reminds us to be cautious, not hasty, when traveling for the Thanksgiving Weekend. Expect words to be misunderstood at family gatherings and keep the peace.
Gemini (5/21-6/20) Have you wanted to compliment, confess your love, or otherwise make someone’s day? After Mercury goes direct on the 1st, speak your mind. If asking for a raise hold off until after the 10th. The New Moon brings you concentration to clear away old tasks. If you need to spend money, wait until after the 15th and don’t overspend. Be careful of funds over Thanksgiving. Doing big things for fun will not feel worth it when the bills arrive.
Cancer (6/21-7/22) Matters left undone, and issues left hanging, can be finished in November. Your life gets onto more solid footing. If you feel adventurous, use caution, slow down and don’t take risks. You could begin a creative project and meet a new love mid-month. Watch your health. Your energy level is low and you need to work at a slower pace. Don’t say the wrong thing, at the wrong time, in the wrong way over Thanksgiving.
Leo (7/23-8/22) It’s time to let out all those feelings you’ve been holding back, as Mercury turns direct. At the New Moon, bring family issues out in the open, discuss them and compromise. It will be easier than you think, and problems will settle out quickly. Over Thanksgiving, don’t snap at others. Get a grip and look inside as to why you have anger. Talk it out with a friend, but don’t take it out on others.
Virgo (8/23-9/22) There may be a winning ticket brought to you after Mercury turns direct. Keep your spending modest and don’t get yourself into debt. Your personal projects slow down mid-month. Don’t despair. They’ll pick up again. You discuss money matters quite heatedly but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. You bring discussions with a partner to a closure. Your mind turns away from your present home to a new direction. You’re confused over Thanksgiving.
Libra (9/23-10/22) When Mercury goes direct everything on the tip of your tongue tumbles out. You say what you mean and mean what you say. Those words concern money, so speak wisely. You have the means to begin to organize your finances and accounts. Balance your checkbook and do everything you can to get that part of your life in order. If you run short of cash for Thanksgiving, you may be tempted to pressure an employer to help you make it up. Think of another way.
Scorpio (10/ 23-11/22) Mercury going direct affects your dreams. You wake up remembering things people said to you. Write them down and use them as a reference. Your mind tells you things you need to know. The New Moon gives you a boost. People notice you, respect you and listen to you. Your newfound attention promises to bring financial success. Watch the road and your driving over Thanksgiving. Drivers cutting in front of you may send you over the edge. Allow someone else to drive.
Sagittarius (11/23-12/21) Mercury goes direct and you get a vision about your future and work towards a personal dream. If involved with a group or organization, people look to you as their leader. Don’t be shy about offering your talents. The New Moon sends you in a new direction. Money matters are brought to your attention around the 17th. This is because someone didn’t do the accounts the right way. Pursue this quietly and you’ll wind up in the clear. Listening to family members and people close to you over Thanksgiving benefits you.
Capricorn (12/22-1/19) As Mercury goes direct, dialogue opens up between you and an employer. More money? More responsibility? Maybe, but if you seek help from a partner now, you have trouble convincing them. The opportunity to sign someone on board with a personal plan presents itself. You can get your point across, as well as convince, persuade and inspire. The effort made to push this project along to the max climaxes over the Thanksgiving weekend.
Aquarius (1/20-2/18) November is a month where work, study and your personal finances are big issues. You deal with higher education and long distance travel. A work-related study pays off. Firmly find an upward path, whether that means more recognition, more responsibility or more remuneration — or perhaps all three. If you are retired, greater recognition, perhaps through community service, is your future goal. You know that every day, everyway, work still needs to be done. Your focus changes to warm family gatherings over Thanksgiving.
Pisces (2/19-3/20) November brings puzzlement. A call or letter relating to money issues; money due you or money owed, leaves you scratching your head. You are likely to be on the receiving end. Don’t ask why, just get out and cash the check! The New Moon brings education and travel. A business trip or conference will work out well. The Universe has other things in mind for you, Pisces. A sudden meeting could have your head spinning. Although other items are on your agenda, it’s hard to concentrate, whether you’re single or married. The Thanksgiving weekend should refocus you.
