Yes, you can do it with your positive thinking and focusing of your mind towards purifying all that you are and connecting to the highest energy attainable to you at each given time. As you put forth the practice of daily connection and clearing of your thoughts you will begin to create your life on the higher vibration of love. It is very simple. We only ask that you focus your thoughts, your mind and your dreams towards a higher vibration each and every time you choose to connect to your energy of source.

Many of you speak and teach of positive thinking. We ask that you also focus on positively clearing your thoughts by focusing on the higher vibrational thoughts or words you speak, words of love and wisdom as each word, spoken or unspoken in your mind carries the energy of creation. It is absolutely your choice with which words you will choose the next creation of your soul. Either way you will create. Notice what you have recently created in your life. If it is good, bring more joy into it and continue to create in the direction of joy. If it is not, move your thoughts away from it knowing and trusting that you can create a better possibility for yourself and others. This requires a still and calm mind to fully assess your happy meter. Are you truly happy with the life you have created? Are you truly willing to make changes that will put you on the path of your life’s true dream? Are you willing to believe that it is up to you, whether you continue to make choices that keep you “safe” or spread your wings, reach for the stars, take a chance, follow your divinely given gift of joy and love and peace? The choice is yours, make a decision, and follow your heart; reach for the highest energy of all. Reach towards love and you will never be regretful of the choices you have made. As you create with love and joy and happiness, your happy meter will continue to guide you.

First, start today, right now with an honest evaluation of who you are, who you have become, where are you wishing to be and what are you willing to do today to make your dreams come true. Take a deep breath, clear your being and go! Live the life you were always meant to live.

Please know, that with every decision and every journey there is a beginning and an end. In your life, you will make many of such assessments. You will start your journey, take a turn, retrace your steps, stay in quiet solitude, re-think your steps, move forward and on and on. It is never ending, just as creation is always expanding, always growing, you too are always expanding and growing. Do not be afraid of change. Embrace it, as that is the only path of growth and becoming all of your dreams. Always follow the path to complete joy, your joy, not the joy of others. Do not sacrifice your joy for others. By creating and being in joy, you will create and attract situations and people into your life that are also created in joy. By your selfishness, you will actually allow the space for all others to freely create in their complete joy. By keeping yourself small, truly does only that, keeps you small and takes away the opportunity for others to know your gift as well as the gift each of them caries within. It is only love We wish to bring into your everyday life. Follow you joy meter, follow your happy meter. Have fun with life. Turn your mind away from dark thoughts. Yes, there is darkness in your world but you don’t have to be part of it. You can choose to live the life that love has created. With each dark thought, breathe deeply and cleanse the darkness around you. Fill your body and mind with the light of love that is ever-present and available to all. Uplift your thoughts to the highest vibration of love. Live by joy and light and love. What you focus upon, you create. Use your happy meter as you create each step of your journey and let go of all else. Fill you heart with the energy of love and joy and let go of all the heaviness and darkness that surrounds you.
