Hi Astrology Guy,

my DOB is 24/10/1979 at 14:45pm in (Pune) Poona in Maharashtra,India. Could you please tell me when is my marriage going to happen ...I am single girl ...I know I have a Saturn transit but which house no idea. I lost both my parents in last two years ..all alone .and past relationships sucked the life out of me ... so for some time I am alone now but I want to settle down ...please suggest to me what should I do ...

Yes, I see you're under a Saturn transit (Saturn cunjunct Venus) and it's no wonder you're feeling lonely. Unfortunately, there's not too many other ways to feel when Venus, which rules love and relationships, is under a hard aspect from Saturn. Even under the best of circumstances you'd still feel a bit out of step now with everyone else. You're near the end of this transit, but unfortunately another similar Saturn aspect begins this Winter when Saturn will square your Ascendant/Descendant axis, which includes the marriage house, until next August, 2015.

Saturn on Venus puts a sober face on the love and relationship area of your life. It's often a lonely time, but also an opportunity to examine love in general, the purpose of your Saturn transits. What do I want from a relationship? What am I willing to give? What do I really need? All important questions.

One Saturn transit after another can best be thought of like this. Whatever issues not dealt with or examined under the first Saturn aspect will have to be dealt with under the next Saturn aspect, when Saturn won't be subtle. The harder the aspect on you depends upon how rigidly you hold onto any old and outdated emotions and conditions that no longer work for you. It's a great time for self reflection and a weeding out of the emotions and even the people, friendships, your job, anything that no longer supports you.

The good news is that also during this period Jupiter comes along and makes an aspect to your Mars in the Sixth House. Fall 2014 will bring more energy and confidence. Your health should be good, in fact, any ailment will improve under this transit. This transit lasts until next June, 2015. It's a great opportunity to advance in your job through increased responsibility. It's not a time of career recognition or award; that'll happen when Jupiter eventually aspects the top of your chart, in 2019. Rather, it's a time of achievement through your competence with work and responsibility. It may not also be the time for a monetary raise but there could be a lateral move of benefit, or a job title promotion, something like that.

Fall 2014 to early Summer 2015 is a great time for personal growth through work, especially in any service oriented career field. Its also a great time to adopt a new health regime or dietary change. Throw yourself into yourself during this period.

Opportunity for marriage comes beginning late Summer and early Fall 2015 when transiting Jupiter enters the marriage house (Seventh House) and returns to the place it was when you were born (called a Jupiter Return.) Look for someone who expands your world, such as learning through someone from a different or foreign culture. Jupiter will transit through your Seventh House all the way to the Fall of 2016, presenting many chances for partnerships. The more effort put into your personal growth under the Saturn transits and the more cob webs swept away, the better the chances of bringing someone to help usher in a new and improved you, under Jupiter. Take advantage of the time.

Astrology shows that in your immediate past life you relied too heavily on other people within your group and culture, therefore learning from and growing through your relationships now offers the best opportunity for soul growth for you in this lifetime.
