In 2010 dragons appeared to me in an open field in a huge sculpture garden called Storm King, an hour north of NYC in the Hudson Valley. They continue to delight and amaze me. To be honest, I had no interest or attachment in dragons prior to this experience. I had a vague awareness of dragons since one of my sons had loved dragons and I remember purchasing a plastic one for him as a gift.

This time, the dragons were very real in my awareness. They spoke to me and urged me to understand their message! I was intrigued. Why were there here? What could they do? These answers and more came forward in my awareness.

The dragons are part of the iconography of the spiritual beliefs of an earlier Christian era.  I found a dragon icon tapestry that hangs in the Cloisters Museum in New York, which hung in a monastery of an earlier time. As the tapestry proves, at one time dragons were revered. Later, they were used as scapegoats and slaughtered to the point that they were moved out of this reality into another realm to recover and remain there until such time had passed that they would no longer be in danger. Even though they are back you will only see them with your inner eyes or inner awareness. They will present to you – through the clouds if you are open to see them.

I know this is beginning to sound like a fantasy – but please do not ignore their assistance. Instead, prove me wrong. Ask to meet your dragon(s). Ask for their assistance. Ask them to show themselves to you, and give you their name. A doctor friend of mine going through some rough times – was endlessly complaining to me about his situation. I asked him to close his eyes and ask to see his dragon, and to ask the name of his dragon. I stepped away for a few moments. When I returned, he had tears in his eyes. His dragon was iridescent white, and gave him his name. Never give up the name of your dragon – instead keep this information sacred. Your dragon giving you his name is akin to offering his services, as you can call them in by name!

The dragons are from a life wave that has not been known to us. They carry wisdom and understanding in many esoteric categories. One area of expertise is their knowledge of the elements of earth air fire and water. This means they can help you with all kinds of understanding how to work with the elements, and all the expressions of the elements such as water undines, air sylphs, fiery salamanders and earth fairies, gnomes, and elves. While working on this article I discovered the work of Aurelia Luis Jones. My Higher Self told me there was something in volume 3 of her Tello's series. I picked up the book and randomly opened it to the chapter on her blue Dragon! I was both pleased and surprised to discover someone else talking about the dragons. I had no idea that anyone else was working with them.

In the history of dragons you will find two traditions: Eastern and European. As noted above, the European dragons were chased into oblivion by the religious persecutions of an earlier time. St. Patrick was famous for having “driven the dragons out of Ireland.” The Eastern tradition revered dragons and held them as a source of profound wisdom. It is worthy of note that January 23, 2012 marks the beginning of the year of the water dragon.

Following the word meanings, we find that in both East and West dragon comes from the root word “to see clearly.” The message becomes obvious. The dragons are back to help us see clearly! They have returned to boost our clarity. You don’t need dragons to do this for you, of course, but why not add to your tool box with these skills continue to call upon the dragons for miracles of every kind? 

You can add the dragons to your collection of resource to help you navigate the very challenging world in front of you. You can ask your dragons to search out and bring to you helpers or sources to assist your projects. Even more importantly, the dragons can help you recognize the truth as it is spoken to you

What else are they good for? 

Dragons can help you with directions, with seeing where you want to go and helping you with your own sense of direction – both literally and metaphorically. They will help you see a situation clearly. They are back because the need for human discernment is greater than ever

Because they are a resource for clarity. They will help you unlock the secrets of this dimensional living at every level. You must be ready, for the next step, and they will help you find your way. I now think that it may have been the dragons who gave me the title, "Waking up in 5D!

As I have encouraged you in other books and writings, always ask that your dragons be 100% God light. Once your light being Dragon presents himself or herself, giving you their name, you need not concern yourself about their loyalty

Ask for your dragons to come forth and watch for the signs that they are there. They love to be called and will show up for you, in your dreams, in the clouds or elsewhere

Take the time to get to know your dragons and their names. Get quiet and ask for your dragons to be present and then ask for their names. Use what pops into your head immediately. From that point forward call your dragons by name. You can have more than one dragon and they can be of either gender

Once you have a dragon’s name you may summon it and give it requests. It has adopted you as its human and is attracted to you for your specific purposes. Never give the names of your dragons to anyone unless you totally trust that person to respect and honor the names. Having your dragons’ names is almost the same as ownership of them.

My friend and fabulous Cranial Sacral healer, Carol, has been listening to me week after week in my sessions with her explaining about the dragons. It finally took. Last week she told me about the trip she and her husband took. As her plane was preparing to take off, she began to be filled with her fear of flying and decided to call in “her” dragons. She didn’t tell me of her fear of flying!

 

She was shocked and amazed that THREE dragons showed up! There was a green one on the left wing, a red one on the right wing and a white one on the top of the fuselage!  She’s not really that comfortable flying so this appearance definitely calmed her. During the flight, the air got a bit bumpy and she over reacted…”I’m gonna die…” was her panicked thought. The white dragon spoke to her and said, “Do you want to live?” Of course “Yes,” was her immediate reply. She completely relaxed! She’s still talking about that experience. 

Now – your number one barrier to achieving your goals and mastery is your denial -
