A couple of months ago, and using my longtime pseudonum Amrita Waterfalls, I started really putting my erotic work out there, after more than twenty years of wanting to write and create images about my sensual journey. The benefits have been many and I wish to share what I'm discovering along the way!

Accept - Totally, 100% accept who you are sexually. Remove and heal all shame that you may have about yourself insofar as your sexuality is concerned.

Embrace - After you have accepted you sexuality completely, then learn to love it unconditionally. Actually love who and how you are sexually, including who and what you are attracted to, and how. Love your sexual self completely.

Celebrate - Have fun with your sexuality! Find things to be grateful about. For instance I am very happy to have a certain woman's body feature I have, because millions of women and girls have theirs cut off. So, really appreciate what you have and have a party with it and invite others!

Explore - Read, study, experiment or otherwise learn more about yourself sexually. Discover new things about yourself you didn't already know. It could be exciting!

Promote - Share with others what you have learned. Make your journey so inviting others will want to do the same!

Elevate - Turn your sexual exploration into a spiritually evolving experience. Use what you have learned to assist others in ascending sexually themselves.

Complete - Know that you are complete, and that there is nothing lacking in you or in your expression of your sexual self. See yourself as complete, and hold a vision of others recognizing your completeness. Also, see others as complete. 

Create - Allow your sexual energy to fuel your creative endeavors and vice versa. Both energies come from the same place anyway, the 2nd (sacral) chakra, and if you think about it, creativity, the act of creation, is the same as what we do to make babies. 

Doing all of the above, in your own special way, will significantly improve the quality of your sex life, and contribute to making the world around you a better place. Enjoy!
