I noticed a change in my life when I was in my early thirties. I wasn’t sure what was different about me, but I knew that I no longer felt safe in my world. I had a heightened awareness that something was very wrong. The fear became so strong that I had no choice but to pay attention. Powerful energy would well up inside of me. My anxiety attacks became so massive they took me over and I felt totally helpless. I had no idea how to fix this. There was no way out.

Day by day, my life became smaller and smaller. Being alone frightened me so much that I hired someone to be with me to prevent me from freaking out. I felt emotionally paralyzed and scared to move forward. Just the thought of walking around the block was terrifying to me. I thought I was losing my mind! But, I was determined not to give up! 

As a certified coach and energy healing professional, I saw many clients. I was able to help them quickly, and many times instantly, heal themselves from serious emotional and physical issues like migraine headaches, Fibromyalgia and anxiety. Still, I was unclear on how I could heal myself, but in an “a-ha” moment, I realized I was able to see their patterns and help them see the root cause of their issues. Up until this moment, I was unable to see those same patterns in myself.

I received clarity that I could act as my own practitioner, and that is when the energy shift really became possible. I was quickly able to see my patterns and habits that had previously been invisible to me. I soon realized it was my own limiting beliefs that were imprisoning me. 

With this realization, I was able to see that anything was possible. My world became a new playground for creating new tools for healing based on quantum principles and the teachings of best selling author and world renowned quantum biologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton. I discovered that by being in my body, I would be in growth, rather than in protection, and could feel safe again and move forward in my journey.

I have a passion for helping people heal themselves from the issues that hold them back in life. My newly envisioned modality, Lifeforce Awakening™ is designed to help women live a life filled with joy and abundance able to realize their full potential and live the life they choose.
