You Are Always Strong Enough To Change Your Life
by Cassendre Xavier
Sometimes it is not so easy to take action on dreams, goals,or making positive changes in life. We may observe so many things we wish to accomplish, and see so much to do we don't even know where to start. We may suffer from depression, aftereffects of trauma, or other physical or mental health challenges. Or perhaps we are in a period of transition or major life change. In either case, we are feeling significantly limited in our usual strength, abilities, and talents.
In such situations, starting anything may seem or feel impossible. But there is hope! There is a window of possibility.
One of the best ways to get moving in your life is to realize you already are. You are always moving.
Right now as you read this, you are moving:
* physically/physiologically
* mentally, intellectually, and emotionally
* in the spirit of your intentions
* with the motivation of your thoughts, beliefs, and expectations
* from either love(faith) or fear(s)
* consciously or unconsciously
* voluntarily or involuntarily towards the results and consequences of your actions ("Dr. Phil" McGraw says, "When you choose the behavior, you choose the consequences.")
If you feel you are not moving right now in your life, o ryou would like to do more but can't seem to get a move on, or muster up the gumption to start a new or better activity in your life, don't feel discouraged. You are already there - you are a persun taking action in your life, in fact, taking millions of actions of thought and physicality every single day!
Here are some ways to begin taking action towards your goals and dreams, even when you feel depleted of energy and direction:
* take a moment every day to feel good about yourself.Healthy self-esteem is the base for most successful people.
* recognize your progress and accomplishments
* create a support system, which includes:
1)action plan: life management guidelines (incorporating nutrition, medication, and fitness), 2)seeking and using the advice and resources of people who specialize in treating and/or living with the same issues and struggles that you do
3)supporting others in a way that works with your talents,abilities, limitations, and is pleasant for you to do
* take baby steps every day towards your goals
May these all assist and support you on your journey!
