Spirit Guides: Our Cheerleader Team in Spirit

As human beings, it is in our nature to strive for more, and to seek out ways to Upgrade our lives. For some, it’s a new job. A new relationship. A healthier body. But for many, it goes beyond the superficial. They strive for a deeper connection. Stronger intuition. Confirmation that they’re on the right path. When we connect with our Spirit Guides all of this is possible.
So when I was called to work with Spirit full time they wanted to make this my mission, for me to guide others to connect with their Spirit Guides- our cheerleader team in Spirit. When we learn to tap into our Guides infinite love and wisdom, amazing things happen! They guide you, help you, send you signs and healing. But more importantly leave you feeling empowered, connected to who you are and what your soul purpose is.
WHO ARE MY GUIDES?
It's important for us to realize that we're not alone on our life journey. How inspiring is it to know that we can choose to tap into this Spirit guidance whenever we like! We have many different Guides, but we all have one main Guide that is with us from when are born until we die. They have lived many lifetimes here on earth and just like us have gifts, talents, personalities and passions. They like to use these talents to help us and connect with us. We can also have a star-seed from another planet as a main Guide...but don’t be afraid. Even though they may not be from this planet they are still here to guide and protect you. If you have a star seed as main guide this is because you are probably are a star seed yourself. This means that you have lived lives on other planets and are experiencing a human life this time round.
I had my first interaction with my main Guide aged 5. I remember a woman appearing at the end of my bed to let me know she was here to look after me and protect me. I didn’t understand who she was at the time. But many years later, I remembered that the figure that appeared to me was my main Spirit Guide. It was when I was 16 years old in a psychic development class that I connected with her on a deeper level. I really got to understand who she was, where she came from and what her name was. Yes our Guides have names! And when you’re ready to find out what the name is of your Guide, you just need to ask.
We also have other guides on our team that like to work with us at certain points in our lives to help with specific problems or life goals. I had a connection with a new Spirit Guide when I first moved to Vancouver, Canada. I needed guidance and support when I felt lost and ungrounded in my new home. So a Native Spirit Guide, who was connected to the land on a deep spiritual level stepped forward to help me transition. Now I’m settled in Vancouver he still turns up when I’m feeling ungrounded in my life.
HOW DO I CONNECT WITH MY GUIDES?
As a Spiritual Guide and mentor I love being able to connect people to their Guides. It’s a special moment to witness when a client gets reunited with the infinite love from their Guides. It’s like a piece in the puzzle slots into place and it all makes sense. Our Spirit Guides are so personal to us and they understand us like no one else.
We all have the gift to connect with them. So what do you need to do to reconnect with your Guides? You just need to ask them to step forward. Our Spirit Guides need encouragement and to know that we'd like to work with them more. Most are very happy to work quietly in the background, only making themselves known to you when they feel you need it the most. But if you'd like them to give you more messages, signs and guidance you just need to ask. The best way to ask them is when you're relaxed and in a quiet space.
Take 5 minutes in meditation or just sitting somewhere quiet and say in your head or out loud. "Spirit Guide I would like to work with you more. Please step forward into the light to share with me messages and guidance." You will feel their energy and presence and for some you may see them or begin to hear them.
I am a big believer that we need to take action in connecting with our Guides. It’s a game changer when we realize we can ask them to give us messages and not just sit back and wait to receive. We have the power to interact with them.
HOW DO I TRUST MY GUIDES?
Even though I grew up as a psychic child, I’ve had times where I’ve closed off my connection to Spirit. I’ve had painful breakups, mounting stress, unfulfilling jobs with difficult questions. I’ve felt dis empowered with a need to gain more control of my life. I’ve felt unsure, indecisive, and hungry for a deeper connection with myself and those around me. And each and every time I felt lost, Spirit has guided the way.
I really struggled trusting the messages when I first started tuning into my intuition. I thought I was making them up. But as my confidence grew and I trusted the guidance I felt a greater connection to my Guides.
It’s still a daily practice for me and I’m always learning, but trusting my Guides has been transformational. We can get really caught in the loop of trust when we receive messages from Spirit and our Intuition. Is it real? Am I making it up? Is this just a coincidence?
The answer is no. We just need to trust. The more you trust your intuition, the more messages you’ll receive. The more messages you receive, the more you’ll feel aligned and connected in your life.
But this happens when you take action from your messages. There’s no point receiving the messages if you then don’t act on them.
Working with our Intuition is a muscle. The more you use it. The more you trust. The more you trust, you’ll receive more detailed messages and your Guides will keep showing you more.

Natalie does this work through three major sessions: The Soul Upgrade, The Mediumship Upgrade, and The Past Life Upgrade, and either in-person or through telephone or via Skype. After all, she says, distance is no barrier for the Spirit! A distance session via Skype or phone works the same as in-person session and the client will receive exactly the same messages from the Spirit. Spirit Guides will bring up exactly what needs to be discussed during that session and her clients are always taken aback that what comes through, is exactly what they needed to hear. Natalie does more than what most psychics and mediums do, she is a form of a life coach as well, where she offers an opportunity for souls to learn and grow.
