I Am The Sun

The new year trickled in alongside a new moon, signaling a strong pull towards the unknown. What is known? The only certainty is uncertainty. Many fear the universe’s plan for us. We fear her divine intentions – will she elevate us, heal us, or scar us? Becoming truly one with your Inner Light requires you to shake hands with your Inner Darkness.

But I am the Sun.

Mother Earth has provided vessels for our spirits in her great magnificence. She has given us our healing crystals to mend our tainted souls. She has gifted us herbs with which to see into the next Realm, opening our eyes and our hearts. But. The soil cannot reap the nutrients of ash without a great fire. Sometimes life hands us difficulties, ones we must not only accept, but embrace.

I am the Sun.

Lest your garden of sunshine be darkened with the clouds of frustration, embrace the shade and use this time to water your ever-blooming flowers of self-growth. Excise the weeds of Temptation and harness that desire, not to harm, but to heal. When those around you cause you to question your divine purpose look within yourself, beyond the physical level, and shine within them your Inner Light.

When you find yourself vibrating with the frequency of a fractured wind, steady yourself. Make like a proud ship and channel those winds to guide you home, to your true self. Even the strongest oak will sway under the influence of uncertainty, but if it’s roots are deep enough in the soil, and the branches loyal to the trunk, the tree will not give way. Do not let even the strongest force sway you from your Domain.

You cannot welcome a new day, without first welcoming the night. You must bid farewell to the day’s sun, with the faith and knowledge that she will return to brighten tomorrow. When night befalls, there is no need to fear the Darkness. Everyone must experience it at one point, but it is not permanent. The sun will always return to banish fear, uncertainty, and faithlessness. Be the Sun.
