Astrological Forecast for June 2019

June is here and so is the sunshine. Here in New England we have had a long winter and a cold wet spring that felt more like the beginning of Winter. We deserve the nice weather we are finally getting. The Summer solstice starts on June 21^st at 11:54AM EDT as the Sun enters the sign of Cancer.

June starts off with a new Moon in Gemini at 12 degrees on June 3^rd early in the morning at (6:02AM EDT). If you have Sun, Moon or rising in Gemini, this new Moon is asking you to take new steps forward in your life.

This new Moon chart has a strong Mercury influence. When you add up the elements and qualities, we have a Virgo signature. Virgo is also ruled by Mercury. Thank God Mercury in in direct motion. All forms of communications are very strong till the full Moon on the 17^th.

Gemini’s will feel a flood of creative thoughts that seem to expand (Jupiter) to visions of higher learnings such as religious values as this new Moon opposes Jupiter in Sagittarius. Gemini wants everything explained in detail while Sagittarius seeks a higher learning as it rules higher education while Gemini rules education up till our college years.

Therefore, Gemini’s, Sagittarians as well as Virgo’s are wanting to take up new classes to refine their abilities and move forward with added knowledge seeking more skills for a better financial future.

The thoughts could be so many that it may be hard to sleep at night. Breathing deeply a few times a day or practicing pranayama (Breathing yoga techniques) can be very useful in calming the thought process down so a balance of mental energies can be accomplished.

International affairs are starting off on a new footing. Tension is still in the air with President Trump’s new trade policies, but we have a double-edged sword as the Sun and Moon square Neptune and oppose Jupiter with Jupiter square to Neptune as well. This forms a T-square and adds up to deceptions but very, very good for trying to sell one’s point of view.

Pisces is very good at seducing or selling ideas that seem like a dream come true. Why bring up the sign of Pisces? Jupiter used to rule Pisces before Neptune was discovered and Jupiter rules international affairs.

Venus trine to both Pluto and Saturn adds some wind casting cooler breezes compared to the T-square. Venus is the charmer and Pluto and Saturn are the task masters of power to get a deal done.

President Trump will turn 73 years old on June 14^th and the Moon will be bright as the full Moon is on June 17^th. Happy Birthday.

His solar return chart for the coming year has Aries rising with Mars Trine to Neptune and his Moon in Scorpio. He has a Cancer signature this year with Neptune, Mercury, Mars and Moon are all in a grand water trine. These tempers the Aries rising as well as Chiron conjunct his rising in Aries.

Could there be a more sensitive President coming forward? Chiron wants to expose the wounds of a warrior who needs healing. The Moon represents the public perception in the 7^th house. Could woman become supporters of his causes as the Moon represents woman? The wives of international leaders may help to add a commonsense touch to the trade negotiations going on between Asian countries with America.

However, with 2 T-squares in his solar return, it is still tense when it comes to negotiations with foreign countries with Jupiter opposing his Sun in Gemini.

Mercury will move into Cancer on June 4^th and Venus will move into Gemini on the 8^th. The charm is turned on for both Cancer and Gemini. The sign of Cancer starts a new chapter in communication skills and Gemini wants more abundance and romantic attentions.

Happy Father’s Day on June 16^th.

The full Moon helps with completion to things that started on the new Moon. Gemini’s are wanting to complete a few things they started to work on around the new Moon on June 3^rd. This full Moon is in the sign of Sagittarius which is the opposite sign of Gemini. It is at 25 degrees of Sagittarius (4:31AM EDT) on the 17^th.

As stated earlier, earlier education leads to college education and the climb up the ladder is finding completions. After all, this is the time when most high school graduates and college graduates celebrate completing their studies.

The full Moon chart could be the time when negotiations with China are finding some completion as Jupiter will be conjunct the Moon both in Sagittarius. Jupiter is the great benefic and adds good luck to any planet it transits near. President Trump’s natal Moon is in Sagittarius at 21 degrees and Jupiter will be only one degree away and this full Moon will be 4 degrees away from his natal Moon. That’s called good luck.

Look for a deal with China and other Asian countries that will help the numbers on Wall Street stabilize. But, the first couple of weeks of June will be intense and still in the process of trying to find agreement.

If you have Sun, Moon or rising in Gemini or Sagittarius, you want more creative adventure in your life. This is a great time to take a vacation or to complete projects at work that need finishing. You have the clear active mind to get the job done. Take advantage of this strong Mercury/Jupiter period to expand in any area of your life that you have wanted to move forward. Neptune Turns retrograde on the 21^st an hour before the Sun inters Cancer. Those who have Sun, Moon or rising in Pisces are turning inward till the end of November when Neptune stations direct. This is a great time to reflect on one’s spiritual development.

Meditations will be deeper. Insights into life’s challenges are more influenced by a higher intelligence of divine grace that allows easy access to answers of the mind, heart and soul. Go with your feelings Pisces. Trust your intuition and gut feelings over the next 5 months.

Mercury moves into the sign of Leo on June 26^th. If you have Sun, Moon or rising in Leo, your thoughts turn to creative projects and leadership abilities. You may be voicing your own feelings more till Mercury enters Cancer on July 19^th.

Many singers in the performing arts will feel a strong sense of wanting to communicate messages to their audiences as a leader of a band or in a Broadway play. Theatre will be more attractive during this time. More recognition for the work actors do in both theatre and motion pictures.

The weather patterns will continue to be erratic as Uranus moves into 5 degrees of Taurus. We have seen tornadoes and earthquakes active in different parts of America and around the world. Uranus wants to change things around while Taurus wants things to stay the same. The ring of fire could be activated over the next 7 years.

Not a comfortable time for those with Sun, Moon or rising in Taurus. We have seen how the bull statue of Wall Street is not always comfortable these days of new ways of doing business around the world.

America is changing in its economic approach. This can cause insecurities sometimes and Uranus is also affiliated with higher technologies and helping to raise the vibratory structure of atoms. The Earth is being reborn again. This will go on for another 7 years. UFO activity could increase. Sightings will happen more often and in greater numbers.

Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury.
