Gratitude & Wellness

Wellness is decision. A clear and conscious decision to be well, healthy, and happy is a choice – a decision. Focused intention brings good results naturally. Thoughts create reality. Thinking about and being grateful for good health is an important facet of wellness.

Consciously practice healthy habits daily. Notice the shift for the better and improve your wellness on many levels – spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and figuratively. Consider practicing a few of these tips.

Thoughts of gratitude and actions that reflect gratitude go a very long way to making everything better. A kind word or a compliment can make a person’s day or perhaps be the tipping point to self-worth at that moment. How will you incorporate this practice of gratitude?

Everything is energy. All energy vibrates. Everything we think about every day, all day long, is energy. Be mindful of what you are thinking and change those thoughts to reflect what you DO want instead of what you don’t want. Pair the thought with a gemstone or essential oil to help you maintain your focus all day long. Think about and use positive affirmations to transform your life is very effective.

Find love in your daily interactions. To find love, be love. Focus on your heart center and make it your goal that all you do is with the underlying intention to radiate love and well-being. It is a daily practice that transforms your life into bliss. Inhaling lavender or a blend of essential oils helps to maintain focus. Grapefruit, hyacinth, lavender, rosewood, spruce, and sweet marjoram help increase feelings of comfort

Wellness is a choice. Choose healthy and fulfilling experiences through a positive state of mind, an organized space, connecting with nature, and practice gratitude. It is possible to maintain a state of complete mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The choice is yours.
