Astrological Forecast for April 2023

April showers bring May flowers and that’s not an April fools joke.
Soon the birds will be active and singing songs of joy. Flowers will sprout and bloom with etheric fragrances. Trees will start to bloom with a healing energy of green abundance.
Mercury enters Taurus on April 3rd giving those with Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Taurus new and creative insights into life. Maybe they want to balance their financial life more. Maybe they want more romance in their relationships. Maybe they want to think about how the physical world of security expresses itself.
The sign of Taurus is affiliated with money as the statue of the bull is a symbol for Wall Street and the international banking system.
Mercury will turn retrograde on April 21st at 15 degrees of Taurus. It will station direct on May 14, Mother’s Day, at 5 degrees of Taurus. This first retrograde planet of 2023 comes a day after the first eclipse of 2023 on April 20th.
Therefore, financial markets continue to go through their ups and downs, and this can be a trying time, from April 20th till May 14th. The federal reserve is not going to get its way with the American public if they keep hiking up the cost of living.
Mercury retrograde is a time when anyone with any planets in Taurus or Taurus rising hovering around 15 to 5 degrees, or within 6 degrees on either side of these numbers, can go through a financial wake up call.
Where is the balance? Who can we trust with our money? We could see major protests across America as we have seen recently in California from schoolteachers and those who feel ripped off and just not able to meet their expenses even though they work more than one job.
Stress levels start on the Full Moon in Libra on April 6th (12:34AM EDT). The full Moon has two Yod’s (Finger of God) pointing where the eye of the Yod’s is Libra at the MC and Uranus in the 5th house of speculation and gambling in Taurus.
Libra is the sign of relationships trying to find balance. If you have Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Libra, Pisces, Sagittarius, or Taurus, you can find yourself in stressful relationships with your boss, co-workers or in your personal lives. It’s a time of adjustments, Yod’s.
Since Good Friday is on the day after the full Moon, surrendering to a higher power is the solution. Ask and you shall receive answers. Let divine judgement be your guide rather than the rational and often confused human mind. “LET GO”.
The affirmation: “DIVINE JUDGMENT IS DOING ITS PERFECT WORK IN MY LIFE AND AFFAIRS NOW”. When the mind continues to question any situation, repeat this affirmation, and let go and let God.
This full Moon wants balance and the way to balance is through surrender. Happy Easter Sunday April 9th. This is a wonderful time to find balance and start a new beginning that brings hope and inspiration is all that we do. Sacrifice turns into gold and miracles. Surrender offers ultimate freedom.
Venus will enter Gemini on April 11th, and this brings charm to the already charming nature of those with Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Gemini. Romance is in the air from April 11th till May 8th.
The sign of Gemini has been going through a roller coaster ride since the end of August of 2022 when Mars entered Gemini and stayed in Gemini till March 25th, 2023. Now they can relax more and have less health issues as well as less communication breakdown (arguments) with others.
The Sun enters Taurus on April 20th at (4:14AM EDT). Happy Birthday to Taurus.
The new Moon on April 20th is our first eclipse of 2023. A new Moon solar eclipse at 29 degrees of Aries (12:13AM EDT). Aries likes to fight but this new Moon eclipse, even at 29 degrees, has a very relaxed nature. It is not having the tensions we saw in the full Moon chart.
Regardless, it’s a powerful energy that lasts up to six months. Aries is adventurous so anyone with Sun, Moon, rising or planets in Aries will be more adventurous over the next six months.
They want to start a whole new life at the beginning of this new Moon so they may change jobs, start a new relationship or end one and be more rebellious than they normally are. They have less patience if that’s possible.
The Sun, Moon and Jupiter are trine to the rising sign of Sagittarius in this solar eclipse chart. Jupiter is the planet you want on your side especially when its trine to the rising. So, success is available to Aries. They may be taking a long distance vacation but need to be careful with all of these planets also square to Pluto.
Patience is the key here. Think things out for awhile so you make the correct choices to stay away from unsafe countries to travel in.
Since Mercury will turn retrograde the day after this new Moon eclipse, travel could have its problems for the signs of Aries, Sagittarius, Taurus and Aquarius. You may want to wait till May 14th to make final decisions surrounding travel.
The two areas of life, war, and financial markets, will be the top headings on the daily news and Earth Day on April 22nd, only two days after this new Moon eclipse and one day after Mercury stations retrograde. There could be troubles with mother nature as we have seen over the last several months.
The good news is whatever tensions showed up at the full Moon on April 6th seems to calm down by the new Moon solar eclipse and things take a more steady as she goes approach for all zodiac signs between April 20th and May 14th.
Prayers, deep meditation in silence, calming music, gentle yoga poses and a high-quality massage can ease stress and create a better world filled with joy and a safe environment for children.
