Here is some very basic Chakra information:

Humans have 7 primary chakras, and each has its own spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical jobs. Check out the diagram at https://spiritualhealers.com/blog/?p=1201 and you will get an idea of their placement, color, and associated endocrine gland. Different teachers associate different glands with some of the chakras. I am always split whether reproductive organs are root or navel. I think it can be both.

1-Root Chakra (coccyx) is physical energy and security. Adrenal Glands. Color: Red

2-Navel Chakra is (sexual organs) is will-power, forceful emotions, creativity, and magnetic attraction. Spleen. Color: Orange

3-Solar Plexus Chakra is ego, self-worth, focus of mind. Pancreas Gland. Color: Yellow

4-Heart Chakra is unity with Inner Wisdom, healing, transformation of negative energy to positive, connection with others, love. Thymus Gland. Color: Green

5-Throat Chakra is the power of speaking, receiving through hearing, listening, ingesting. Thyroid Gland. Color: Blue

6-Third Eye Chakra is intuitive seeing and perspective on life. Pituitary Gland. Color: Indigo

7-Crown Chakra is unity with Higher Self and Higher Power. Pineal Gland, color: violet
