On Jan. 25/26, there is a solar eclipse at 7 degrees of Aquarius. Mercury, the communications planet, begins this backwards path in Aquarius, continuing on to retrograde in Capricorn on the 20th, before finally ending its review and revising the cycle on the 2nd. Take extra care of your nervous system this month and practice flexibility of both thinking patterns and stretching your body to ease tension. Get your rest — eat sensibly to avoid catching a cold or the flu.

You can make general plans during this time period, but don’t carve anything too tightly in stone. (Usually agreements made during Mercury retrograde are either broken, changed or just do not Tuesday and Wednesday are good for quiet, detail work under a Virgo moon.
